It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully. If you have any questions about them or do not wish to accept them, please contact by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01443 719500 before placing your order. You may have other rights granted by law, and these terms and conditions do not affect these.
Ecycle Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales at Companies House. Our registered office is 33 Hopps Road, Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 9QQ and our registered number is 08000438. We operate from Unit 4, Dinas Isaf Industrial Estate, Williamstown, Tonypandy CF40 1NY. Our VAT number is GB 166 0020 47.
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, THE GOODS SOLD BY US ARE PRE-OWNED AND PRE-USED GOODS AND, AS SUCH, MAY NOT CONFORM TO THE SAME STANDARD AS BRAND NEW PRODUCTS. THEY ARE, HOWEVER, REFURBISHED OR REPAIRED.
Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure their accuracy, all pictures, illustrations, details and specifications in any marketing material are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods. They will not form part of the Contract (as defined below).
When you place your order, this is deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the Goods specified in the order, at the price specified in the order, and upon these terms and conditions.
Contract is formed between E-Cycle and the Customer at point of the customer receiving the goods.
If you do not receive any confirmation of order within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
We will only deliver to addresses with a UK Postcode. Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of the UK.
Where payment is by credit or debit card we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address.
Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 10 days for a cheque to clear.
If you suspect that your package has been damaged in transit you should reject the goods or sign for the goods as damaged.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries. Claims of goods damaged in transit must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person or on the signing sheet, and notified to E-Cycle Ltd as soon as possible after delivery by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim to have Goods ready to ship to you within 5 working following acceptance of your order. We will arrange for delivery of the Goods by our nominated carrier. Postage and packing will be payable at the rate agreed in the order, unless you instruct us that you will be instructing your own courier to collect the Goods. If we have not delivered the Goods within 30 days of you placing your order then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. You will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the Goods from the date the Goods are delivered to you. Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to take effect when you have signed for the Goods as directed by the carrier or otherwise when you have received them. If you have instructed your own courier, delivery shall be deemed to take effect from when the goods are collected. Claims for damage to or short delivery of goods must be made at the time of delivery and notified to us initially by email to email@example.com. You are responsible for ensuring that any damage to the Goods or short delivery is marked on the carrier’s delivery paperwork. Failure to do this may invalidate any claim made by you.
We only accept the payment methods as described in our payment section. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due prior to the goods being dispatched. We accept payment by cheque (clearance of cheque may be required before goods are released for dispatch), credit card (which will be debited at time of order), bank transfer, or cash in person.
We reserve the right to take payments for the funds prior to shipping of goods; however we will endeavor to take payment as close to this time as possible
All payments are made inclusive of VAT. We are not able to charge excluding VAT prices.
All refunds are subject to delay based on your card issuer’s processes; we cannot expedite the time taken for funds to appear on your card.
We can only make refunds for unwanted/damaged/faulty items once the item has been received into our warehouse.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
THIS CONDITION IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR OTHER RIGHTS RELATING TO DEFECTIVE GOODS GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW.
The Goods consist of refurbished equipment. All goods are sold subject to the warranty period (if any) stated in the product details. For the avoidance of doubt if no warranty period is specified then the goods are sold without any warranty.
You should inspect the Goods for defects or damage as soon as possible following delivery. If you find a defect or damage on delivery, if possible, you should note such damage on the delivery report or if that is not possible tell us about the defect or damage by contacting E-Cycle Ltd at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return. If the Goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you or defective and notified to us during any agreed warranty period, if we accept that such defect is covered by the warranty we will at our option repair or replace the Goods. If repair or replacement of the Goods is not possible we will refund the price paid by you. Our obligation to repair or replace damaged or defective Goods, or to refund the price paid by you, will not apply where:
- You have improperly altered the Goods in any way whatsoever, or have subjected them to misuse or unauthorised repair
- The Goods have been improperly installed or connected (other than by us)
- The damage or defect is the result of fair wear and tear or is due to accidental or wilful damage (other than by us)
- You have not complied with any instructions from us or the manufacturer of the Goods as to storage, maintenance and use of the Goods in all respects
- You have failed to notify us of any problem or suspected problem within the relevant warranty period from the date of delivery of the Goods.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund from us. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the Goods are delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the Goods to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure the Goods are adequately insured during the return journey. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession and if you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation. We will cover the cost of you returning any Goods that we have provided as a substitute for Goods that you have ordered. If you have not returned the Goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the Goods from you at your cost.
We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites. Payment transactions are always encrypted via SSL.
All delivery times are based on orders placed and cleared funds being confirmed. Please note all delivery details are for UK mainline only.
Express Delivery (48 Hours) – £9.99
Please note this is not a next day service. If you place your order before 2pm then we will despatch your goods the next business day.

Free Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
We offer free delivery within 3 to 5 days. If you order is urgent do not use this method.
Please note that we are happy to ship to Northern Ireland, however these orders will be subject to a surcharge of £10 per order. This surcharge covers the extra cost of shipping and is unavoidable.
You will receive an email on the day of despatch, so you know your order is due the following working day.
The vast majority of orders are shipped via our nominated courier, however we deliver all items by the most suitable method available for the order, from Royal Mail 1st Class through to a pallet courier on a much larger vehicle for large orders. If you are not able to accept courier deliveries please contact us.
All laptops and desktops will be sent via a courier and will require a signature – you will need to be at the delivery address.
Delivery to card holder’s address
With Credit/Debit Card transactions we will only deliver to the card holder’s address. This is to ensure the security of the card holder and of course us as a company.
Please note that is your card issuer’s responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date. If you have moved recently this may affect verification.
Where we deliver?
Our nominated couriers deliver to mainland UK only.
In order to supply Northern Ireland and surrounding islands we pay more for the delivery service and must pass this on to the customer:
Northern Ireland surcharge is £10.
Channel Islands and any other island destination is £20
Smaller items can be shipped to anywhere in the UK via the postal service.
We do not ship outside the UK for web orders.

We hope you will be extremely happy with your purchase, however we appreciate there will be occasions when you have to return a purchase.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
In the event that we need to send you a replacement we will need to receive the goods back from you before we can dispatch another unit.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have despatched it, please call us and let us know as soon as possible.
Once we have despatched your order, please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us that you no longer require it. You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order, however you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.
Problem with your order
If you have a problem with your order please call or email us as soon as possible with a description of the fault. Depending on the issue we may be able to resolve it over the phone or arrange for the unit to be collected from you. Please call 01443 719500 or email email@example.com.
If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve.
E-Cycle Ltd offers a three month hardware warranty on all items unless otherwise stated. Warranties are return to base, which means after seven working days it is the customer’s responsibility to return the unit back to our address.
We will repair or replace your order and ship it back to you within seven working days of receipt.
Refurbished equipment sold by E-Cycle Ltd is covered by our warranty, the duration of which will depend on the unit you have purchased. Our standard warranty for all models is three months from date of receipt (unless your online order clearly states a longer period).
The warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as ink or batteries. The warranty does not cover any problems which arise through misuse or accidental damage.
If you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to resolve many problems over the phone, or by remotely accessing your computer. Please just contact us on 01443 719500 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the first fourteen days we will collect the unit from you via courier. After this period the cost of returning any item will fall to the buyer. We offer a collection service via our courier for £9.99. In all cases you must ensure that your unit is packaged safely.
All units will be returned to you free of charge.
Unless otherwise stated, all our equipment is refurbished. All our equipment has been data erased, fully tested, cleaned and upgraded where required. When processing we follow a strict grading policy which is embedded into our asset management database, and is detailed below.
Grade A. Brand new complete ‘open box’ product. These products will be in excellent condition and will be ‘as new’.
Grade B. This grade represents the majority of equipment sold by E-Cycle. You get a fully working product with very minor, barely noticeable scratching or scuffs on casework. AC / power adaptor included. Comes with a 90 day return to base warranty.
Grade C. This grade again will have minor, slightly more noticeable scuffs or scratching on the casework. There may also be minor pressure marks on screen, and / or slight wearing on keyboard keys and mouse pad. These slight defects will be reflected in the price, so if you want a fully functioning unit at a reduced price choose Grade C. Comes with a 90 day return to base warranty.
Grade D. This grade will have more noticeable defects such as noticeable scratches or scuffs to the casework. There may also be more noticeable pressure marks / scratches to screens and screen surround, and noticeable wear to keyboard keys and mouse pad. These defects will again be reflected in the price, so if you want to grab yourself a bargain choose Grade D. Comes with a 90 day return to base warranty.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to the address that the card is registered to.
We do accept payment by cheque, however we need to ensure the payment clears before we release the goods.
We are happy to accept payment by cash, card or cheque at our business premises if you want to visit and view the products.
All transaction information entered into our payment systems is entered via a secured page and encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. This ensures that user data in transit is safe, secure, and available only to intended recipients.
