ICT Asset Management Specialists

About

Our mission

E-Cycle Limited started trading in September 2013, after the acquisition of the assets and intellectual property of the former Remploy Ecycle business. This ensured that many jobs were protected, and that vulnerable people continue to enjoy the benefits of working and contributing to the company’s continued success.

E-Cycle Limited now operates from modern, larger, and newly refurbished premises at Dinas Isaf Industrial Estate in South Wales. The business continues to predominantly employ people with disabilities. E-Cycle has continued the success of Remploy e-cycle and is one of the major players in the UK IT Lifecycle / Refurbishment market. We are a supported business and can apply for contracts reserved under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for Reserved Contracts Regulation 20.

Security & Reliability

Site deliveries are in sealed vehicles with serial numbered tags that are then recorded against each load. Lorries are unloaded in a hi-definition CCTV monitored, sterile and secure environment, and each asset is given a unique tracking number which allows it to be tracked through the asset management and erasure process.

All staff are base line security cleared and the building security is regularly audited and monitored by external bodies, whether this be external alarms and CCTV security, or internal door tags and CCTV.

The site at Dinas Isaf has multiple accreditations which include:

  • ISO9001
  • ISO14001
  • ISO27001
  • Microsoft Registered Refurbisher
  • Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher
  • Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller

Working With Our Community

E-Cycle employs people with disabilities, therefore by selecting E-Cycle as your IT Asset Disposal supplier it would be helping to secure the jobs of those individuals and support our plans to increase our workforce.

E-Cycle also operates a fully equipped learning centre and actively works with a number of projects and educational establishments to really make a difference to people’s lives.

yhf Training

Ysgol Hen Felin Training have worked in partnership with E-Cycle over many years where E-Cycle have supported the young people of the community, offering work related training in preparation for the young people to access employment before leaving formal education. Without this support the young people would not be able to gain valuable experience in the world of work and not able to complete the practical element of their NVQ course.

Local schools struggle to find a company that has the understanding of needs of the young people, and E-Cycle are in a position to offer this knowledge and understanding; allowing the young people to gain the necessary tools for employment.

learn direct

Learndirect work in conjunctionwith the E-Cycle learning and development team to provide e- learning opportunities to E-Cycle staff, trainees and the wider community. The aim of this partnership is to help strengthen community links as well as providing invaluable life opportunities to enhance skills in a variety of topics.

careers wales

E-Cycle are also supporting Careers Wales to facilitate the training that will help young people get a job in the future.
